the radio works pretty well.
it's a perfect option and no expensive if you need an mp3 player, video player, fm radio, etc.
what's great about it:?compact; fm radio; ease of use; sd slot what's not so great:?nothing yet "this is my first mp3 player.

i didn't want a bulky mp3 player like zen vision:m, and not a player which cannot be used to easily drag and drop music/video, or lacks fm player(ipod).
i searched high and low for a mp3 player that could do music, radio, photo and movies.
it's small and light, with fm tuner and voice recorder.
i've used the fm radio at work and it works great.
and having the fm tuner and expandable memory slot to add more memory when you want it, really makes the unit worth the purchase price.
his 12 year old sister wanted to trade him her 2nd gen nano and a clock radio dock for the zen, she liked it so much.
