found this very tedious to use; menus are not as good as many other players. I returned mine. from Amazon.com I bought the GPX MW 3337 model. Same as the 3347 model except it's a 1 GB. from Amazon.com It has worked great from the beginning, very easy to download onto. As of this week it has decided to not play any longer. Battery has been changed 3x and the player still shuts off immediately after it comes on. I have emailed GPX to see if they can help with this problem. from Qvc.com The second one gave me problems from the start. It constantly says error when trying to play a song that I know is working fine. I wouldn't waste my money on this, find a better quality mp3 player and save yourself a lot of aggravation. from Qvc.com We purchased 2 of these last summer and didn't end up using them until January b/c of moving.
