I Now own Five (5) of these super MPs'3, plus 2 Travel Docks. Do not understand why CREATIVE stopped making this item. Being able to change out the battery is such a "Plus". from Amazon.com Based on the very good performance of my old Zen Micro 6Gb (still fully functional) I purchased a Zen Microphoto for my daughter. It just died after about 6 weeks. from Amazon.com I purchased this Zen Microphoto about 3 years ago. It still is working flawlessly. from Amazon.com I had one for almost 5 months, when it was a great player, primarily for audiobooks. Then it stopped working. After 3-4 hours trying to get fixes from the Creative web-site, I am looking for a new player. I had to settle for the SanDisk Sansa e280 8 GB MP3 Player (which I hate compared to the Microphoto), but I really really miss that mp3 player from Amazon.com Every so often tthe buttons were not working and it froze up. I would take the battery out and and restart it. Then my brother's broke and he sent it to creative, since it was in the warranty(1 year), they couldn't fix it so they sent him a new one. Later, after the warranty expired my battery started to work badly. from Amazon.com I've had this product for two years almost exactly, and it is only now that it is dying. The battery is still long-lasting, I've never had a problem with the software, and the player is very easy to manuever around and the click wheel is great. It's a great little player that I love very much, and am sad to see go- I'm just moving the next step up in creative players. from Amazon.com I have had my creative zen micro photo player for about 5 months now, and i've enjoyed it with almost no troubles at all. first of all, I love the color varieties available. from Amazon.com Within a month the display started going and I had to reload the firmware. Just after one year, the player wouldn't work (kept starting in recovery mode). The online Creative knowledge base was of no help, and they would not help me further without charging me.
