Overall, I am quite happy with this purchase. I have had this product for about 2 years and have not had many problems with it. I used the Lyra player about 4 times a week for a year straight and did not have any problems with it. I then misplaced this item and lost track of it for about 10 months.

I got this mp3 player as a birthday gift one year ago, thinking it would be great. But after i thought otherwise. the player can only hold 200 songs at a time and is has a 64mb card which means you cant hold that many songs. i now use a 256mb sd card to hold 80 songs and counting.

But I just started using drop and drag with Windows and that went extremely fast! Also, do what the manual says, and go the RCA's webpage and flash your firmware and update it! Big improvement there with player! from Yahoo.com i say "almost" because i have a few things written in different places (ex:"mode" "dsp" & headphone icon are on the back, not the front, & "pocket digital audio player" is under the screen, not on top of it) but the setup is exactly the same. maybe a different version, i'm not sure. i was pleased enough with this little player that ive ordered the 256mg RD1072 & extra 512mg card for myself in the hopes to take it out when we go rollerblading, maybe my latest obsession, running. it shipped today-i'm hoping for the same luck we have had with this one. from Amazon.com I've had the RCA Lyra for over a year now. And, Apple's support is top-notch. Try to log on to RCA's web site to find trouble-shooting advice and/or an address when you can send the player back for a refund or write a letter of complaint.
