This is amazing for a 20gb. from Pricegrabber.com I got this mp3 player for christmas in 2006. Since then it has been dropped on a hard wood floor numerous times, it's been out in the rain, and it's fallen into a glass of water twice! from Amazon.com I have to believe that the negative reviews on this product are due to operator error. My used sleek showed up w/1600 songs on it. I got this one for Christmas. from Amazon.com I have also had lots of problems syncing new music onto it, it often has to rebuild the library and I often had to reset the device. About a week ago, the device would not go past the first screen no matter what, and there is very little help online. This is not the mp3 for people who want easy to use software, it is very frustrating, and i am glad to be rid of my creative lab. from Amazon.com there are choices to erase all of the memory, reload the firmware, reboot, and something else. Only the reboot works, which just brings you back to the same screen. I can't sell it now, because it doesn't work, and creative won't take it back, becuase it's not warrented.
