If you copy a song and paste it, you just get that song (songs are named in the player the same as on the computer when pasting). If you copy and paste a folder, then the same folder is on the player. I bought one of these players for my 14 yr old daughter 1 year ago. I went to the Zen website to troubleshoot it and went to try their suggestions but whenever I connected the Zen to my computer, the computer locked up. It looks like a 1/16th inch jack and comes with an adapter cord to make it compatible with an 1/8th inch jack.
