ram run at that speed but not the boards fault as this is the 3rd board i've tried the ram in.i had to flash the bios to properly recognize my x2-550 but it worked prior to the flash so no biggie

other thoughts: however, an early bios, the f1b, detects the cpu at the correct speeds and voltages.

pros: looks great , runs coolrecommended on tomshardware as top board for 955required bios up date to run 955bemight be decent board but still have issues cons: i have always used asus board
