Motherboards for Gaming Buying Guide

Are you upgrading your home PC to get it rigged up for today's tough gaming specs? Maybe you're building a computer from scratch! Either way, here are a few things to look for when choosing a motherboard for optimum gaming.

Integrated graphics just don't cut it in today's gaming world. Make sure the motherboard you purchase is equipped with PSU and PSU Express expansion slots for you to slide in a powerful video card.

Make sure the motherboard can handle at least 4GB of RAM. You won't want to buy a new motherboard in 2 years when games become even more power-hungry. And look for a RAM bus speed of 800 mhz or higher to make sure that your computer can process resource-eating games without any hiccups.

Happy gaming!
