it is easy to get your feet off the proper positions in the intensity of running and jumping so you have to watch that.

i am using the intel core i7 920 with 6 gigs of corsair ram.

the intel sata can do both.

layout of the board is intelligent, and the leds on the board are very helpful for troubleshooting and watching the temp of the cpu.
