Pros: Booted up straight away without any significant problems. Very stable and great support from Gigabyte. Cons: Would only recognize my Phenom II 920 properly after a bios update. from Newegg.com Pros: great mobo had no problems on install booted just fine with 1066 ram no adjustment at all runs great!! I like the board set up as well. from Newegg.com Pros: Great board, works just fine Cons: Systems has problems booting from usb keys. In my case I got this board for a home virtualization system running Vmware's ESXi software that lets you boot & run the system from a USB key. ESXi from a hard drive works great, and installing to the usb key works without errors, but keys that boot in other systems or made on this system fail immediately after the bios hands off to the boot devices (drives, CD-Rom). Other Thoughts: Very disappointed in the system because of this one error booting usb keys. from Newegg.com Pros: I've been doing business with Newegg for over 10 years and it's always a pleasure. Cons: Board died (SATA controller failed) after 34 days so no RMA through Newegg. RMA through Gigabyte, including shipping time, took about 1 month. All inquiries regarding status of the RMA were answered with generic, non-specific rhetoric. from Newegg.com Just installed and booted up!Onboard video ATI Radeon HD3300 graphics is all I need for my home office. Got Native Resolution 2048 x 1152 for my 23 inch SAMSUNG 2343BWX monitor without a problem with either VGA or DVI cable. I even tried to run 3D game Hitman Blood Money and worked just fine. Cons: Frontside USB in awkward spot when using a video card, SATA placement is poor, also cables can be a hassle when using a large PCIE video card. Gigabyte tech support is pathetic.
