Pros: The board seemed to work ok except... Cons: When I put in my Athlon 64 X2. Apparently, after many phone calls to AMD Tech Support and Asus Tech Support, I found out that the board will only take processors that run at 89W. Some Athlons run at 125W. from Newegg.com Very good price for an NVIDIA chipset. Cons: Seems a little sluggish at times due to being an MCP chipset. After a couple reboots it wouldn't post, wouldn't do video out, wouldn't even spin up the CPU fan. I RMA'd the board to Asus and got it back about 10 days later - still broken. The CPU fan would spin up, but no video out, no beep codes, no external speaker or anything. from Newegg.com "So this board is trash because it can't handle 2x2GB. I'll have to bump my customer down to 2x1GB. Other Thoughts: My 6'th build using Asus motherboards and I am not at all sorry for spending the money any of them.
