Pros: Once (IF) you get it working, seems like a really nice board. Cons: Bought a total of 4 M4A78 series boards. from Newegg.com Pros: Seems to be working fine. good layout of board making for easy plugging,handles my AM 3 CPU with the latest bios Cons: No firewire, but I dont use it anyway. from Newegg.com Pros: Built in video (VGA, HDMI, DVI), fiber optic out, RAID 0,1,5,10, JBOD; capable of locating and flashing bios under windows; 6 SATA slots, potential of 12 USB; 3 PCI slots handy to recycle various cards from old computer (ie old TV card) Cons: Bios only partially recognizes my Microsoft wireless photo keyboard set (mouse, not keyboard); Utilizing the optical out blocks one USB out (TOO CLOSE TOGETHER), No Firewire inputs on board (yet STILL with COM1 and floppy inputs?!) Other Thoughts: This was an open box item for 60 bucks which Newegg indicates will not ship with the full complement of stuff, but I was expecting the I/O backing to at least cover up the back of my tower for this system of outputs...
