Pros: Well, it does everything it says it would. It has a fast post (whoever said it took 5 seconds is crazy, maybe 2 seconds) and recognized all of my stuff off the bat. Also the price is an obvious pro. from Newegg.com Pros: Foxconn is a good brand and one that I suspect generally comes out with quality products. Cons: The above said, I received a defective unit in which the system would only detect the hard drive if it went through a soft reset. from Newegg.com Pros: Cheap.... Works... Cons: Documentation leaves a little to be desired; RAM can't be upgraded past 4 GB, which could be a problem for those who want a 64-bit OS; connecting the front buttons and LEDs can be a bit of a chore. from Newegg.com Pros: Great price; Five PCI slots; PCIe x16; Four SATAII ports; fantastic layout of headers; nice relaxing color; great overclocking potential with a nice in-Windows tool (Fox ONE); support for 45nm Core 2 Duo out-of-the-box. Ubuntu(Debian) runs great on it. from Newegg.com Pros: Inexpensive with 5 PCI slots. Working well with an E8400 CPU, 4G RAM, an IDE hard drive, a SATA hard drive and a SATA Blu-Ray. from Newegg.com Didn't have to slipstream any SATA drivers into windows XP to install it. Cons: The PCI Express slot is hardware limited to 128 payload size. This is significant if you want to use this board for gaming. Also memory controller is 32 bit, so you can't utilize all 4GB of ram even with a 64 bit OS. from Newegg.com Pros: Plenty of PCI slots. Customizable boot up screen. Worked with my E5200 Dual-Core processor right out of the box without the need to upgrade BIOS. Cons: None Other Thoughts: I wish it had 4 memory slots since I already had 2-1GB sticks laying around which I could just purchase 2 more to max out the 4GB limit. from Newegg.com
