I am using a Core2 Duo. I have been so happy with how it ran on this system that I am still using it. Never once have I had even the slightest difficulty with any drivers or hardware apart from the Support software from Asus that runs Asus’ power saving features. Asus now provides software for Windows 7 to take full advantage of these features. from Newegg.com Works Ok with some hitches. Cons: Will not work with Windows 7. ASUS has posted beta install software.
