other thoughts: it's a great motherboard, great features, holds up nicely. from Newegg.com this mobo came with a gaming tower i purchased, and i have had no problems with it. from Newegg.com i have played crysis, grid, and many other graphics intense programs on this board and it played better than my ps3 and 360. from Newegg.com it has all the bios features i need and then some. from Newegg.com other thoughts: i needed a mobotherboard with the most advanced features for the lowest price, and found it. from Newegg.com after assembly it all worked great, much peppier than the emachines was originally with a celeron d, also a lot quieter and better onboard video. from Newegg.com stable and the drivers are easy to install off the included disc cons: if you are using a long 2-slot video card with a large heatsink, it will cover all but one of the sata connectors. from Newegg.com i had to reformat and install windows agian because of this.if windows automatically tries to install it, quickly cancel it!!!!! from Newegg.com so beware (it's called hide.exe, fyi) other thoughts: it does have a raid controller built in that is very easy to use (in cmos). from Newegg.com paired with an amd cpui have never been able to get astaro to install using any of the parameters..noapic, etc etcmp-bios bug 8254 timer not connected to io-apici cannot disable apic in the bios for from Newegg.com
