installing it was straightforward and the board layout allows the connectors to be attached without problems.
from Buy.com
i researched online about this motherboard and purchased 2gb of patriot ddr2 667 memory which worked (it was 1.8v, which the intel website says the motherboard can only use).
from Newegg.com
board should get 5 or higher latancy ram.other thoughts: good for what i need it for, but nothing for sli or higher gaming .
from Newegg.com
btw - stock keeps it 32c at idle and 51c under torture.cons: noneother thoughts: after installing go to intels website and update bios and all drivers.
from Newegg.com

from Newegg.com
it looks promising.cons: if you read the board's specs carefully on intel 's web site, it requires 1.8 volt memory.
from Newegg.com
had to rma my pqi turbo ram (pc6400 ), because this mb only supports 1.8v non-ecc ram - no such thing exists at 800mhz - it's all 1.9v or greater!
from Newegg.com
latest bios is stable.cons: basic bios, not many options.other thoughts: the most recent intel motherboard utility now works with this board - temperatures, fan speeds, etc.
