Pros: I am new to higher end computers but this motherboard had all of the capabilities that I was looking from from RAID to dual dual core xeon processors. Cons: As stated, I'm new to higher end computers, but I this motherboard didn't come with the backplate needed to hold down the CPU heatsink.
