I have it next to my Dell 30" and the two appear the same, to my untrained eye. from Dell.com Pros: Has display adjusting features other 30" monitors to not. Cons: Really expensive. from Newegg.com Pros: I'm sure it's fantastic at that res for graphics intensive things, but for anyone looking for a good cheaper monitor, the Sceptre 32" 6ms LCD in the TV section works very well. I bought one here for around 1/3 the price of this and have it running at 1980 x 1080 on a HD4870x2 with a Olevia 747i cloned to it for movies just perfectly. from Newegg.com Pros: great colour instantly can tell a difference from old 30" panel. shockingly better greens and much bigger gamut. from Newegg.com Pros: One of the better 30" displays out there Cons: This monitor really has no place.
