A little over a month ago, I received this Asus VK266H monitor from Amazon with some apprehension. Having used only CRT monitors in the past, I was concerned that an LCD monitor might not measure up to the crisp clarity of my current 21" CRT. from Amazon.com This Monitor is a good buy. You will need to get used to the very akward control set up though. The manual does a poor job of showing how this goofy control system works. A remote would be helpful but is not available. from Amazon.com Very happy with the purchase of this monitor. They make very good computer motherboards and just over 3 years ago I purchased one of their G series notebooks. from Amazon.com After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this monitor. Here are my thoughts: from Amazon.com I was lookin to buy a monitor for my computer as big as i could, in witch I could watch tv and play ps3, needed fast response time to be able to play on my ps3, and did not wanted to buy a tv because they are expesier and if I wanted a tv it had to be biger then 42'', so for the bucks I paid, I can conect my ps3, my cable box and my pc and still have an extra composite input since I used a DVI to HDMi cable to take advantage of the DIV port to add an other HDMI input, the speakers are low on volume but I conected my amplified pc speakers to the headphone jack and solved that. All that said you won't be able to find a better priced monitor having these specs, plus it has a great integrated 2.0 MP web cam. from Amazon.com Owned it for almost a month. Plug in and everything works including the built-in web cam and speaker. Superb quality! from Amazon.com Pros: Good design and build quality for price. Easy setup. I ordered VK266H (no web cam) so no need to install software. No need to download drivers. from Newegg.com Pros: This monitor really is the best in the price range. 25.5 inch, with all the inputs you will need for all your devices. Most monitors do not come with hdmi and dvi and vga and component and spdif out, but this one does. from Newegg.com
