Pros: Beautiful piano black finish on the screen frameFairly easy to use controls, once you get used to Acer's logicGorgeous images provided by the 1080 full HD Cons: Now that I've had this thing for almost 6 months a mysterious vertical red line has appeared on the right side of the screen. Technical support was pleasant but not much help and just told me to send it in for repair. from Newegg.com Pros: Very clear text, works well on the DVI. I could never get the HDMI to fill the screen, so it looks great on DVI, I stay with that. I had first bought an LG and the DVDs looked better on it but they look good on this Acer, not just quite up to the LG. from Newegg.com Easy to assemble. Symptom: initial flicker of the desktop then black, probably a fried board. First of all its amazing and the fact that it was a plug and play for my mac tower. It has 5 custom color settings on the torch screen which gives it a classy sleek finish. I got the Acer 23" H233H and not ACER ET. from Amazon.com I purchased this monitor several months ago to connect via HDMI cable with a new Dell Studio Vista 64 bit laptop computer. I could not get the HDMI connection to work properly with the included HDMI cable so I contacted Acer technical support. from Amazon.com Pros: Good color and resoultion Cons: But only last for 31 days.
