Its replacing my Dell 21" monitor that went out only after 1yr. I had no issues with the stand, pretty simple to line up and then tighten it down. The only thing I wish is that the screen tilted, but thats ok, I have a monitor stand so what I did was just moved the Monitor back a bit. So glad I bought this one, I searched and read alot of reviews about different monitors. from Amazon.com Pros: Had the monitor for 5 months now. It is a very good monitor. from Newegg.com Don't let the negative comments on the monitor stand sway you from buying this monitor. Samsung must have fixed the problem; it was not difficult to assemble, and I am a woman. This monitor blows my previous 21" Dell out of the water with its 20000:1 contrast. from Amazon.com Pros: Its a 24" monitor. Samsung Tech support answered after 35 min and were very nice. from Newegg.com I use it for school and gaming, it works great. Cons: None. Other Thoughts: After about 3 months of owning this monitor a vertical column of dead lime green pixels came up about 3-4 inches in from the right side of the screen. I contacted SAMSUNG and they had me ship it to one of their local dealers, they paid for shipping. from Newegg.com For the price, at 1920x1200, 24", what a deal.
