I wanted to upgrade my old 15' Viewsonic LCD to a larger monitor, and saw this Acer 19' on Circuit City's website. I hadn't bought an Acer product before, but the price at Circuit City was too good to pass up, so I decided to give it a try. from Circuitcity.com I purchased this model brand new. I set up the monitor two pixels were out. Acer would not cover it because it did not meet their warranty criteria. from Circuitcity.com I purchase a acer on Saturday 12/6/08.
