This product has been a severe disappointment. I had the displeasure of purchasing their P17BH-AB.
I got through to the US director of sales. I began by telling him that the vendor had a 10 day return policy and that I was concerned that if I exceeded that time before getting the unit to work, I would be stuck with it. The director assured me that he would make sure I would not get stuck with the monitor if we couldn't get it to work. What followed was the most frustrating 7 months of back and forth emails between myself and GVision.
