Just brought back the 19' Model VA1930WM we bought yesterday. It had one bad pixel the first day and a cluster of four the next day that we didn't notice the first time. from Circuitcity.com color calibrated it. the coating started coming off with an "approved brand" cleaner. The brands website carried the approval of viewsonic and was non ammonia or alcohol based. I contacted viewsonic, they said that they only recommend cleaning their screens with approved cleaners, yet they do not endorse any products to clean their screens, and thus cleaning constitutes customer abuse. from Cnet.com One of the best monitors I have ever owned. The only other one that I like more is the 22 inch ViewSonic I just replaced this one with. I find the monitor to be attractive to my household decor and fits into my designing of my PC.
