Pros: Great TouchScreen for the price! I had no problems setting it up, just installed the software and connected the cables and it was ready. from Newegg.com This product has been a severe disappointment. The first thing I noticed was that the screen is coated with a silver membrane that makes it hard to see even under ideal lighting conditions. from Amazon.com I got through to the US director of sales. I began by telling him that the vendor had a 10 day return policy and that I was concerned that if I exceeded that time before getting the unit to work, I would be stuck with it. The director assured me that he would make sure I would not get stuck with the monitor if we couldn't get it to work. What followed was the most frustrating 7 months of back and forth emails between myself and GVision. from Amazon.com Pros: Good cheap touchscreen monitor. VERY heavy base, tilts all the way up, and stable with a lot of pressure on the screen. from Newegg.com (also comes with speaker cable) Cons: none so far! Other Thoughts: I was a little worried about buying this touchscreen because i had never heard of GVision before, but the product is great and seems good quality. from Newegg.com Pros: Love this monitor, I have bought 5 already.
