this modem was a breeze to put in but I was under the inpression that it would give me higher speeds but it's no better than my old modem!!!!!!!! maybe the should call it a medium speed modem!!!! from Tigerdirect.com If you have a Creative Labs Audigy ZS sound card, you won't be able to use it anymore if you have this modem installed. I threw the modem away after finagling for 4 hours trying to get them to coexist. from Tigerdirect.com I would recommend this modem without hesitation. Received from TigerDirect next day; extremely fast shipping. I am a regular TigerDirect customer and this is another excellent product from them. Highly recommend. from Tigerdirect.com Pros: Even though the specs do not mention Win Vista, I installed with no driver problems in Vista Home Premium 32 bit. It was part of a system build and the modem was installed when Vista was first loaded.
