with the performance thus far.if i could make one small improvement it would be to put a warning sign on the front of the mixer that says "never mix on high speed immediately after adding flour".

years ago i used to use my moms old sunbeam mixer and whenever i tired to make a recipe that had a batter that was very thick it would slow the mixer down and sometimes it would stop on me.
