i mostly reheat leftovers or heat up ( heats excellently) microwaveable breakfast products...defrosting is a little tricky as you have to input weight rather than timing (e.g.

doesnt cook the edges whilst defrosting which is very good.
the white door-mesh made it almost impossible to see what was happening in the oven and there was no way to program a preferred cooking time for one-touch operation.
we needed a family sized microwave and this one had all the features we were looking for (minute plus, well-lit clock, preset cooking for popcorn, baked potato etc).

my previous oven was good but not as high a wattage as this one - so i have to remember to cut anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds off cooking time.
