As other reviewers have mentioned, underneath all the carefully placed, protective plastic that keeps this microwave shiny, Sharp sticks a little card on the very front of the door. The card is stuck to the microwave door with a potent, stubborn glue, so I went out and purchased some goof off (about $7), a product made for removing such sticky residues. from Amazon.com It looks great on the outside but it is cheaply made and makes a very loud noise when operable. I should have read these reviews more carefully before placing the order. I am a huge Amazon customer and must admit this was my only disappoinment.
