We bought GE Profile appliances because we wanted them all to match in our kitchen. Home Depot reps were great, but I discovered that GE appliances basically stink. from Homedepot.com It sure cost like one. Four years later, it is dead. I unpackaged this last night and used it on my countertop and glad I did before I built it into my wall. This oven vibrates countertops, walls, and my floor and is very loud. The manual says "humming is normal". from Homedepot.com I purchased this microwave without reading reviews.
