We purchased this microwave during our kitchen remodel 2 1/2 years ago and now I'm online looking for another since this one broke and I can't get Fridgidare to respond to my requests to check it. We called out an independent repair person who told us that the door was broken because it had warped and now a part inside wasn't working and we needed a new one. from Sears.com This product is less that two years old and the plastic door handle broke first at the bottom then at the top. I am concerned by the holes that are left in the door by this breakage. from Absolutehome.com We have had nothing but service issues with this unit. We had to wait 5 weeks for parts, and now it is not working again!!! Fan is loud and does not work well, not put together well, and only works 1/2 of time.
