Amazon was great as usual first micro arrived damaged in shipping and they had a new one at my door the next day. Now for panasonic. from Amazon.com After two weeks, it was back repaired. Then 2 months later it suddenly quit during a cook cycle. I was told I had faulty wiring etc.and Panasonic would fix it just one more time. However, just before the one year warranty expired, it stopped functioning for the third time. from Amazon.com Panasonic is one of those brands that has never failed me. However, this microwave simply quit working after 5 months of use. from Amazon.com As a single guy, mine lasted 2 years and 1 month, crashing a week before my wedding. It was pretty disappointing for $350 and being at the top of Consumer Reports.
