i found it pretty easy to operate. from Circuitcity.com I bought this for my mom and she loves it. from Circuitcity.com I bought this microwave on line. This was my first electronic purchase without acutally seeing it in the store. from Circuitcity.com I received this product as a gift for Christmas from my daughter. It worked well for two days. from Circuitcity.com I want one thing clear, someone gave me a 100.00 Circut City Gift Card, So, I needed a Microwave for my new Apt, I bought a microwave a week ago on line from Circut City, it came 4 days late via FedEx when I finally got it the microwave was broken, The people at Circut City where I live, are the most unprofessional people in the retail bussinss I personally have EVER done bussiness with, '' No Question '' So I stronly Recommend, if at all possible, '' do not do bussiness with any Circut City, With that said, I did have to use My gift card, after I drove to return '' The broken Microwave, I ended up buying a Sunbean Microwave for $ 80.00 Bucks, so far no problems, hopefully it will stay that way? '' CIRCUT CITY '' take My word, BE VERY CAREFULL!! from Circuitcity.com It works pretty well. No problems at all until now. from Circuitcity.com Many features and lots of power make this microwave a great buy!
