As a single guy, mine lasted 2 years and 1 month, crashing a week before my wedding. It was pretty disappointing for $350 and being at the top of Consumer Reports. Maybe Panasonic should stick to A/V equipment and small electronics. from Amazon.com I liked this product very much, until it died after a little under 1.5 years. I brought it to a repair center recommended by Panasonic.
