I purchased the microwave and when I cleaned it I found it all scratched up. I t seem that the microwave does not clean up very well. I used a diaper to clean it and was told by someone at GE that it was the wrong thing to use. I should hav e used something much softer. from Sears.com it's great - you can heat up a bunch of leftovers all at once.the exhaust fan is quieter than i've ever had - be it a regular exhaust fan or one on a previous microwave.you can turn the volume down from Bestbuy.com this is a great product, easy to install, does all i want to do.i wish i had gotten one sooner...everyone would be happen to on own one. from Homedepot.com it's quick and easy to use. from Ajmadison.com pros: attractive design, easy to clean, heats evenly, powerful, quiet, simple display, stable tray best uses: frozen food, leftovers, popcorn, quick meals describe yourself: can't cook from Absolutehome.com My husband and I are retired and I cook most of our meals with it.
