i knew i wanted the product, had been searching several stores & panasonic web site trying to locate this particular model.

this is our second panasonic, the first one has lasted for over 15 years and it is still running today.

my daughter blew up my 12 year old panasonic microwave at christmas and i initially bought replacement (other brand) that i couldn't stand after being so spoiled by the nice panasonic.
