Best Memory Adapters for Compact Flash

the unit basically has a dock on the top and memory card readers in the front that read compact flash, sd, xd, and memory stick.

i have not tried compact flash cards, xd, or memory stick memory.

the sdhc, memory stick and compact flash all work great.

i've been using it for many months, and it worked flawlessly, until one day it would no longer read or format certain 2gb transcend compactflash cards that i had been using with it all the time.

besides that, about any compact flash, sd, mmc, or memory stick will be supported.

i have tried it with sd and compact flash card - works great.

i am using it on an imac with 3 card sizes: sd, compactflash, and microsd.

i wanted it hoping it might make the compactflash card stay flush with the side of the laptop so it could stay in all the time.

memory card is a 4gb sandisk extreme iii compactflash (30mb/s).

it just reads/writes compactflash cards, including (apparently) high-speed cards.

murphy's law: i changed cameras and my laptop does not have a compactflash slot...

upon receiving a camera i had ordered at the same time as this reader, i discovered that it did not include any storage on-board, so i went to a local shop and picked up a 4gb 233x lexar professional

it always mounts my sd cards and compactflash cards instantly, and the "on" or "activity light" is big and bright, so you know when data is being accessed.

i was able to get about 6 mb/sec when reading from a 1gb sandisk ultra ii compactflash card.
