as for hardware performance, it's nearly on par with my on-the-job mac pro workstation (2x2.8ghz xeons, 2gb ram) in the majority of things i do (web design/development). from Amazon.com btw, apple calls these macs portables, so as not to make an impression that they recommend it to be placed on your lap, this is according to the mac genius guy i talked to at an apple store. from Amazon.com this is my first experience on a mac, the user experience is far much better than on windows machines, the set up was so easy, user restriction for children is quite nice from what time to what time from Amazon.com i didn't think they could do it, but apple has created a light, sleek laptop with a small footprint and just enough screen real estate to work comfortably. from Amazon.com not only it the laptop stunning to look at, but it feels strong and durable. from Amazon.com it may still appear that the macbook is four to five hundred dollars more expensive that comparably equipped pc's, but this isn't necessarily true because the macbook has the much faster (and much from Amazon.com it is fast, beautiful and affordable. from Amazon.com i really love and enjoy it, it's faster which i really like most, very efficient etc. from Amazon.com this laptop will be a pleasure to travel with. from Amazon.com at first i thought the keys were a bit soft and the travel was too shallow, but i quickly got used to it and now prefer it to my more "clicky" desktop keyboard. from Amazon.com
