It came to me as described. Got here fast and packaged well! I registered it on the Targus WebSite which is cool cuz it provides info towards the warranty. As soon as I finished, I took my Toshiba 17in. from Amazon.com I had a bag with a strap that would occasionally decide to let go which is unacceptable. The strap is fixed to the bag in such a way to prevent this. Good amount of padding to protect my 15" Macbook Pro and still be able to carry adapters, a mouse, hard drive, glasses case, pad or two of paper, pens and documents. This bag has been with me everywhere I go since I got it about a month ago. from Amazon.com The case is well made and fits my 17" laptop very well.
