The Targus case I received did not open flat like the picture showed on the Amazon page. Targus case #CUST02UA15S does open flat. from Amazon.com This bag would be much better if the front plcket was larger. There doesn't seem to be a logical reason that you would not make the pockets the same size but for some reason it is too small to fit a file folder or magazine or other items that would be nice to have handy. from Amazon.com Needed a bag for my 17" HP notebook.
