i purchased this as a protector for my laptop at home with the hope that it would easily slide into my messenger bag when i wanted to go on the road, but i found the case much larger than my computer
i used to hate to have to take my laptop out of a sleeve or laptop case, put it on something on my lap when i used it, and then put it back in the case to store it.
my laptop lives in this case.
there's nothing fancy about this notebook case.
after a tireless search of cases, sleeves, etc.
the laptop section is padded and lined with a nice soft fabric that won't scratch the laptop and it's easy to get the laptop in and out of the case.
additional thoughtsthis case is perfect for my needs.
when i opened it, i was surprised with the thick cushion for the actual laptop spot which is on the back side of the case.
it fits my 15" hp laptop along with the cord and adaptor, over-ear headphones, portable seagate external hard drive and case, and kensington laptop cord-lock.
excellent product, i also got a little case for cables :)
basically, it is like your standard laptop attache case - but converted into a backpack.
i originally went looking for a neoprene case for my laptop to make it easier to lug back and forth from work.
carrying it is comfortable and the pack really stays in place even through lots of rigorous movement, in my case rollerblading.
it has a little hole to slip your headphones from in case you want to listen to music on the go.
it looks slim, but it can hold more than it looks (although i can also see how some people would complain about its capacity -- surely its capacity doesn't compare to your usual bulky computer case
i had purchased this case to insert my unibody macbook pro before putting it in another bag or laptop.
i bought this case for my 15" macbook pro and it fits perfectly.
so after a month and a half of shopping, i've decided to go with the case logic reversible neoprene.
i was looking for a sleeve to protect my macbook and this case logic sleeve fit the bill nicely at a reasonable price.
this case is the best neoprene case i've had yet.
it works well either as a sleeve without the strap (to be used in a luggage or other bag), or as a featherweight carrying case with the strap for when you're going to be out and using it for a short
the vertical design makes it very comfortable under your armpit, it is durable and surprisingly inexpensive, especially compared with the overpriced (some shockingly) cases that seem to be based on
enough room for the macbook air and the zippers are placed so that they won't scratch the case.
again, just a simple case.
i have a built ny e-lt13-blk small laptop case (black)for those times when i need to pack more stuff, but it weighs more, and this should serve nicely most of the time.
the added protection is great when you're travelling and they make you take your laptop out of its case and drop it in a bin.
just put my cover on a little while ago, i like the way it looks, but it does show where the case touches the laptop and has dark marks that i can't make go away that are kind of annoying for anyone
i also keep it in another carrying case which i would recommend to anyone who owns a laptop (mac or not)since a hard plastic cover will never help pad the computer in travel as soft sleeve/case would.
this product is a good solution to personalizing and protecting the delicate case of your white macbook.
the moment i received this product and my macbook (a day after), this case has been protecting my mac.
the case isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be.
this case was perfect for the sony vaio laptop computer i just purchased (14.1 screen).
i carry my laptop in a tool case, so it was important to me that the sleeve fit the laptop like a glove.
i bought this case around a year ago for my toshiba 14.1" m115-s3094 laptop and it is a perfect fit!
pretty decent laptop case.
the case works very well, and it is thoroughly padded fpr protection.
this is my first laptop case, and it's great!
it's not a problem.as some reviewers commented, you have to be careful when zipping up the computer section as the fit is quite tight and you don't want to scratch your new aluminum case.
i'm a laptop case snob and i'll spend hours, sometimes days, shopping for exactly the right back for each new laptop i buy (about one per year, sometimes more).
absolutely the best over the shoulder case i have owned.
however, the durable targus locking-clip closure is the one feature that stands out, and makes this bag worth an extra $20 over the stm small alley cases and their velcro pads.
i was looking for a compact case for my laptop which i would then carry inside a roll-on suitcase.
i was looking for a rolling laptop case that was not too big to carry on the plane but could hold either my netbook or 15" laptop.
i have had this case for almost 3 months and i could not be happier with it.
i found the solo case on amazon.
quality case....smaller inside than expected, but still enough room.
i wouldn't be able to fit in in my case for traveling but for home use, it's great!
although it is made from a lightweight foam and covered in soft fabric, it doesn't crush and it allows the vents on the bottom of the notebook case to release heat.
while i have my macbook pro protected by a speck products mb15-clr-see-v2 15-inch see thru hard case for macbook pro (clear) if i hold it to inclinated the computer slowly slides.
open sides allow for easy moving of lap case with and without the pc on top of it.keeps legs cool and allows laptop to better sit on lap for wrist and typing comfort.
it is small enough to pack in your suite case to travel.
it easily fit on my mac pro with the aluminum unibody/black keyboard -- make sure you get the case for the right model!
i got the clear case and people have mentioned they didn't know there was a case around it until i said something.
i can't fault speck cases, this is only my second but i wouldn't own a macbook without one!
speck products mb15au-see-aqu macbook 15-inch aluminum unibody/black keyboard see thru case (aqua)
the new macbook pro's are great to look at but i learned from g4 that the case can scratch too easily.
although i received my clear speck see thru case today, and therefore cannot provide feedback on its long-term reliability, i can say i am very pleased with the case initially.
i purchased my case back in august, and it still looks great and works well.
i looked through all the local electronics, computer and office supply stores before i found this case a for $65, so buying it off of amazon was a good deal.
this notebook case is a great buy.
it's more than a sleeve and less than a bulky brief case.
i expect to have this case for a while but will definitely look at some other swissgear slimcases when i'm ready for a change!
prosthis is a very attractive and light weight case and carries easily.
pros: this is light weight laptop case.
i wanted a case that just would just fit around a 13.3 inch screen laptop.
great case for a laptop.
i was looking for something light weight to complement the light weight notebook and this case logic did the trick.
i love this case, is small and not as heavy as you think, the front and inside pockets are very useful..
it's a well-made case, but doesn't fit my m1330 dell, certainly not with a battery attached (either 6-cell or 9-cell).
in the upper chamber, i always put a vest there, in case it is cold somewhere.
such is the case with this backpack.
next i think i will attach another tamrac accessory case for my ipod.
however, i need space for computer cords, business paperwork and a light change of clothes in case the airline lost my luggage.
