many reviews that i read said that they had to file down a portion of it so it would open all the way, i didn't have this problem at all.

i needed to file it down by the hinges to get it to fit, but it is very cool now.

i used a girlfriends nail file to smooth the lid edges and have had no problems with it at all.

due to my concerns with what i perceived as sharp corners in certain areas, i used a file to clean those up.

this is a known flaw with the early models and there are instructions on their site for fixing this rather easily (hint, use a file).
