the only drawback i find with this product is the lack of padding on the carrying strap, but it is comfortable even without it.
there is lots of padding and i feel my laptop would be very safe if i accidentally dropped it.
i love the colors, and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was to carry even with my clunky 17 inch laptop (especially because it didn't have any padding on shoulder strap).

my 17" macbook pro slides around a good deal, but with the extra padding and protective lining to keep the zippers from scratching the laptop inside, it still works very well.
but the design is nice, it has plenty of padding, (if you are concerned about that) and that is about it.
