Since MacBooks are known to scratch, this product is a practical and attractive solution. It does make the MacBook a tad bulky...but still lighter than a normal PC of comparable size. from Amazon.com certainly sleeker than the majority of other cases out there for the macbook, but must be willing to sacrifice protection for aesthetics; this probably won't help much in a laptop drop. seems squeaky and ill-fitting at first, but after a tiny bit of use it latches on and maintains it's hold. from Amazon.com My Macbook is old and worn.
