i think this is an awesome product, i was looking at upgrading my receiver but decided on this instead as most mid priced units only switch two hdmi inputs.

maybe this was a model issue, but for me the 5 port hdmi switcher solved the problem of a lack of an adequate number of hdmi ports on the back of my yamaha receiver.

i'd read from other forums and feedback that a keyboard/mouse combo with only 1 shared usb receiver (as opposed to each component having its own usb receiver for a total of 2) would not switch

- i am using a logitech 2.4ghz mouse and keyboard (not bluetooth, but their proprietary wireless protocol), so the usb receivers plugs into the usb ports on the kvm and i can use them for both

one other point in this units favor: this kvm will also work just fine with wireless keyboard & mouse combinations that utilize a single usb connection between the wireless receiver and the pc.
