My 2 port kvm switch arrived in just a couple of days and I had it all installed and working in an hour. The scroll lock button switches it and sometimes I have to do the double hit over but that could be my keyboard. from Tigerdirect.com Since my current KVM wouldn't support my new resolution of 1920 x. 1080, I had to get a new KVM. I saw the Iogear on here for a pretty cheap price. I went ahead and took the plunge. from Amazon.com I used to have another switch that was poo, but this was one isnt poo. Definitely there arent any bugs or lag or switching problems. My last one, if you pressed the switch button, it didnt always switch and the keyboard and mouse hookups didnt hold well, but the Iogear dominates and doesnt do any of that bad stuff. Definitely worth its buck and bang from Amazon.com Pros: good to have when working with multiable computers Cons: good when works with computers but dont work with ps2 /usb converters really mess it up and number buttons dont work on keyboard eather Other Thoughts: wish i still had my old one never had a problem with it best one was belkin port with audio and now i cant find it again Manufacturer Response:Thank you for choosing the IOGEAR KVM. They should be able to identify the problem with you, and if the unit is confirmed bad, swap a good unit for you. from Newegg.com Cons: Will not switch reliably, Will not work period when accessing a BIOS when setting up a new machine. Will not throughput keyboard commands when installing a new operating system. Other Thoughts: This item's performance is totally consistent with other IOGEAR products I have purchased.
