Pros: When it works, it's OK - works with USB keyboards, switches monitor, kbd, mouse, speakers. Compact unit with integral cables, USB and audio connector - simple setup requires no software. Cons: Worse than pathetic durability - I have gone thru two of these units in about a year - first one failed completely, returned and replaced on warranty, now that one has a bad connection with the switch button - cheap socket for 1/8" plug has intermittent connection. from Newegg.com Pros: Easy installation.
