I needed to replace a troublesome Belkin KVM 2-port and was very pleased with this device so far. No problem switching from XP machine to Win98 at different resolutions. from Buy.com Pros: Works as it is supposed to. I got this for when I have a customer bring a tower to me, so it works solo. from Newegg.com Pros: Works as advertised. Cons: None so far. Other Thoughts: I bought the 205 model instead of the 207. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that uses single a USB receiver for both. from Newegg.com Even with restarts on both computers and fiddeling around- no luck. My personnal failure rate was about 30%, but many of the systems I work on are >4yo, for family members. Other Thoughts: I thought this was just something to deal with as far as KVM switches were concerned. Then on a whim I thought I would get the IOGEAR GCS62 from BB (figured I could take it back if it were no better. from Newegg.com Pros: it makes live so much easyer to just hit a switch and use just one montor for both xbox and my comp. Cons: some times my montor will not sinc up and i have to switch back and forth to get it to work(this is a prob with my montor i think) Other Thoughts: i seen someone eles say that had to have both there comp and xbox turned on to get this to work and i had the same prob untill i plucged in the kayboard and mouse wires into the comp (i dont use the k/m on this device sine i'm all usb and this is not) seem that is where it gerts the power to run :) from Newegg.com This unit did NOT work for me, multiple problems. 1. On my home desktop PC, when connected to the relay, it wouldn't recognize the keyboard or mouse and the video driver got all messed up so the screen view was bizarre. I haven't had any ghosting problems at all (using NEC and KDS monitors), although I had another model (TK-206I) from Trendnet (USB rather than PS/2 connections) that I used with a iMac (since retired) and PC that did have some very minor ghosting problems. from Amazon.com
