Pros: *A lot of cool features, such as the free scrolling scroll wheel, dpi profiles, grips, back and forward thumb buttons, and weights.*LED's are cool and can be set to match your computer or your keyboards LED lights if you wanted.*Very Smooth mouse, even on 500 samples per second.*Drivers and profiles stored on mouse so it can be used on multiple computers. Cons: *Cord is extremely stiff out of the box.*Some of the buttons--such as the profile changing button and free scroll clicky scroll toggle--are somewhat awkward to reach, but this isn't a problem if you don't use em much (I do).*Large grip is a bit pointless in my opinion (gaming grip has a rough texture and is easier to grab). from Newegg.com No more greasy-grip feeling due to excellent surface texture. Cons: Not as many DPI options as the G9x. Stores sensitivity settings internally (so you can switch between computers easily). from Newegg.com It is double-clicking on every other single click. I had to switch to a mouse i got for free at a trade show. I really liked this mouse, but for $99 (at the time) is should have lasted more then 9 months. I am not hard on my equipment. from Newegg.com Pros: I got this mouse when I returned a Logitech MX518 which was making a high pitch noise. Dispite the higher DPI i think this one is much less gitery at max setting. from Newegg.com Cons: Mine isn't even a year old and the scroll has altogether just stopped working. I'm not hard on any of my electronics so I don't understand what happened. Customer Service Other Thoughts: I wish that Logitech would have a better customer service option, I haven't had anyone contact me about getting my mouse fixed. At first I was apprehensive about purchasing the product due to it's odd appearance, but after using the mouse I fell in love with it. I love the excellent software by logitech.
