Bluetooth was important for me, not only for the signal, but also because I'm planning to replace my monster PC in the living room for a Mac mini or a Dell Studio Hybrid. Haven't decided yet and I've have no connectivity issues yet. I was debating about getting the larger diNovo keyboard after reading reviews, but the Mini is just fine for movie watching, and web surfing. We have other computers around the house for working or playing games, and even a laptop on the coffee table to surf while watching TV, so I didn't need the larger keyboard. from Amazon.com My big problem has been that I have to get up off the sofa every minute or so to walk to the PC and set up the next video. Heaven forbid I get any exercise, right? Anyway, I am using the diNovo Mini from the safety of my sofa, which is all of five feet away from the USB dongle, which I have plugged into a USB extension cord so that it is not obstructed by my aluminum computer case. It is a bit clumsy at times but not a big deal for me considering I got it for the keypad...the tracking ability was a bonus for me. Most of the time I use my laser mouse only but for the times that I need keyboard for my HTPC - entering passwords, using a search engine, changing file names, writing a quick email or instant message - this DiNovo Mini becomes a very welcome addition to my family room.
